Our quote covers our work. The software itself and where it runs are separate items, and we help you choose before you commit.
Odoo Community
The open-source edition, with no licence fee. Fewer apps, but often enough for a focused project.
Odoo Enterprise
A subscription to Odoo, priced per user, with more apps and Odoo's own updates. Odoo sets that price, not us.
Where it runs
Odoo's cloud, Odoo.sh or your own server. Custom modules need Odoo.sh or your own server, and we tell you which one suits your project.

Why don't you publish package prices?
Because a tailored project depends on your processes. A package would be either too big for you or not enough. We publish our rates instead, and you get your exact figure in writing after the free call.
Is the first call really free?
Yes. Thirty minutes, free, with no obligation. If we are not the right fit, we tell you.
What if we want changes halfway through?
That's normal, and short cycles make it easy. We estimate the change, you see the price, and you decide whether to add it now, later or not at all.
Is the Odoo licence included?
Odoo Community has no licence fee. Odoo Enterprise is a per-user subscription priced by Odoo. Your quote states clearly which edition we recommend and what goes to Odoo, separate from our services.
Community or Enterprise: which one do we need?
It depends on the apps you need and on your budget. We look at it with you on the call and recommend the one that fits, even if it's the cheaper option.
How are payments split?
By phase. The payment terms for each phase are written in your quote, and we go through them with you before you accept.
What does support cost after go-live?
Support and new features are charged at the rates on this page, and we estimate the hours before starting. If you prefer a fixed arrangement, we agree it in writing.
