Who is responsible

Odoxeus SRL is responsible for the personal data collected on this website. You can reach us at hello@odoxeus.com, or at our offices in Torre Boldone (BG, Italy) and Río Cuarto (Córdoba, Argentina).

What data we collect

When you book a demo: your name, work email, company and country and, if you give them, your phone number and what you would like to fix.

When you browse: the pages you visit, your country, language and time zone, and the dates of your visits. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we use it

To arrange and hold the demo, answer your questions and prepare the quote you ask for: steps taken at your request before a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Browsing data helps us understand which pages interest the people who contact us: our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Demo requests: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client. Browsing data: up to 12 months.

Who can see it

Our team in Italy and Argentina, and the company that hosts this website for us. Argentina has an adequacy decision of the European Commission, so your data keeps the same protection there. We never sell your data.

Cookies

Only technical cookies, needed for the site to work: session_id (your session), frontend_lang (the language you chose) and tz (your time zone). They do not follow you on other sites.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format: write to hello@odoxeus.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority: the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali in Italy, or the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública in Argentina.
